Leading up to the Essence Festival the team at Ford needed an engaging way to connect with the press to fill them in on what was in store. Being this was the first time Essence festival would be virtual, there was much excitement around how the experience would be deployed and received by the active Essence community. Even further, this was the first virtual consumer event for Ford.
To support this media event we worked with Ford and agency to provide a highly branded video call that could help set the stage for a select group of media professionals. The production allowed multi participant views, one-up, and seamless video streams out to all participants. The forum allowed Ford to explore the upcoming event and offered the media panel a chance to interact and ask additional questions!
